We need more gender diversity in the cybersecurity space.

While the number of professionals in the industry grew by more than 700,000 in 2020, women still only represent approximately 25% of the cybersecurity workforce.” Now is the time to change the status quo by advocating for more women to consider cybersecurity as a possible career path. Day of Shecurity hosts meetups, virtual, and IRL conferences providing educational and career talks for women and nonbinary people who would like to explore or grow their professional careers in the cybersecurity industry.
